Maya was shown as a kitten in only 45 rings and win a regional award as 16th best kitten.
She became a 1 show grand champion in 4 rings at The Domesti-cat show at the
age of 8 months.  Maya was shown just 4 times as a Grand Champion and earned
the title of Best ASH in the Southern Region at the Annual Regional Awards
Show and Banquet in June 1999.

Maya loved being shown and earned everyone attention with her cute little
antics.  Many judges mistook her for a male and commented in their finals
about her great head and body and clear sparkling coat color.
